When will I get my siteYou will receive your site completely ready for work within 3 to 7 days after the order. We start work immediately on installation, settings, design and introduction of content to your site.

Is it a one time payment?The site is paid once for the current year. One month before your subscription expires, we will notify you to renew it for the next one. If you have ordered additional services for a site such as creating a logo, individual design for a site or writing texts for a website - they are NOT paid annually, but once upon ordering.

For what period is a contract signed?There are no strict contracts with us - we offer plans entirely of your choice. You can start or stop your site at any time.

What is the site's warranty?You have access to the site from where you can change any text or content on the site after it has been officially launched. Regarding the stability of the site and its operation, the guarantee is forever. We provide 24/7 operation of the site during the entire period in which you are a customer with us.

Do I need to have skills to maintain the site?Not at all! You will receive your site completely ready. If you still want to change content yourself or introduce something new, you will be able to do this very easily from your site panel. But remember, you'll always have the option to send us the desired content changes and we'll make them within 24 hours!

What happens if I don't pay site maintenance for the year in question?You will have a period of 1 month in which we will be able to restore your site without any additional charges.
